1. Introduction

As part of document verification (KYC), ek111 may request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued identity document. Payment processing may be delayed if this verification process is not completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the ek111 Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

• Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (10x).
• The combined amount of bonus and deposit cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each device, IP address or individual in a household is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent activity or multiple accounts, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• ek111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without reason.

VIP Program details: Cashback benefits apply across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The more actively you play and the higher your total wagering amount, the greater your opportunity to advance to a higher tier. VIP membership is granted and reviewed at ek111's discretion.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed for gaming and betting activities on the ek111 Platform:

• All games and sports betting are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Fair play is ensured.
• ek111 reserves the right to cancel any odds or winning amounts that are incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or suspended, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Placing bets by exploiting technical or software errors is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots or similar technology to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• The result of any game will be based on data recorded on the server — not on screenshots or client-side data.
